Project Description

Arya.ag, a leading player in India's grain commerce, partnered with Ebani Tech to digitally transform the traditional agricultural value chain into an efficient, technology-driven ecosystem.

Challenges

Arya.ag lacked an online platform to streamline operations or engage stakeholders. Operations such as storage, financing, and trading were heavily reliant on physical infrastructure and manual interventions. Farmers, traders, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and corporate buyers faced difficulties accessing warehousing, financing, and assured trade opportunities. The absence of technology integration led to inefficiencies and limited scalability, hindering Arya.ag's vision of democratizing the agri-value chain.

Solutions

  • Warehouse Locator and Booking
  • Integrated Finance Solutions
  • Commerce Linkages
  • Technology-Driven Insights
  • User-Centric Platform
  • New Revenue Generation Model

Results Achieved:

Arya.ag scaled operations, managing USD 3 billion in grain value and USD 1.3 billion in financing annually. The platform improved efficiency, increased farmer incomes by 20-30%, and provided better market access. As India's only profitable agritech company, it set a benchmark in agri-fin-tech innovation.

Many UX designers, developers, and entrepreneurs take pride in how hard it was to solve hard challenges. I don’t. I hope to convince you not to either. I’m known for enjoying the process of solving impossible problems, I learned it first-hand from a master.
