UNICEF India partnered with Ebani Advertising for a wide range of initiatives including project brochures, event collaterals, and advocacy materials in multiple languages. With numerous stakeholders involved—UNICEF heads, government officials, and local NGOs—the projects required empathy, coordination, and creative excellence.

Challenges

They needed compelling communication that balanced global branding with local relevance. With tight deadlines and complex approval cycles, UNICEF relied on Ebani to deliver thoughtful, culturally sensitive solutions quickly.

Solutions Implemented

  • Developed short-format educational videos on maternal and child health during COVID for WhatsApp sharing.
  • Executed the launch event of the state's 5-Year Health Programme with key political and health stakeholders.
  • Condensed a 369-page Child Protection manual into a 4-page policy document for the state assembly.
  • Designed advocacy campaigns on child health, education, and safety for statewide school distribution.
