Project Description

IndusInd Bank is a universal bank with a widespread banking footprint with over 2.5 crore customers, over 5,000 distribution points and nearly 2,000 branches across the country. Ebani has been handling the needs of Indusind Bank across south India. The scope entails setting up the branch and making it ready for customer operations. A host of internal collaterals that provide customers knowledge of the banks offerings and well as both internal and external signages, marketing initiatives that include publication and magazine ads, billboards (outdoor), leaflets, BTL activations, HNI events, corporate gifts and more.

Challenges

Each branch required go-to-market readiness tailored to local preferences, including internal and external branding, plus staff onboarding.
