Khurana’s is a heritage men’s fashion brand in Hyderabad specializing in premium kurtas, sherwanis, and festive ethnicwear for men and boys. With no digital presence and a single store in the congested old city, they were struggling to grow beyond their immediate locality.

Challenges

No digital visibility or marketing strategy. Poor footfall due to the store’s location in a densely populated area. Missed sales opportunities during Ramzan, their peak buying season. Needed to reach wider Muslim communities across the city.

  • Audited their brand and recommended a pop-up retail strategy
  • Set up one-month mobile stores in wedding function halls during Ramzan in target neighborhoods
